Warranty Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a Repair from AirFiberRepair.com. you may return the product within 2 calendar YEARS of the invoice date. We will repair the equipment at no charge to you, Request a WRMA# and ship us the item to be repaired. You will only pay a $50.00 shipping and handling fee for the return shipping. Only Valid repairs with a Validated MAC address will be repaired. Only valid in the United States. All Equipment is validated using mac addresses, if the mac address is missing or removed in some way the warranty is VOID.
(If you need to make a warranty return claim please contact us at support@AirfiberRepair.com or call 888-907-3354 ext 200 for a return authorization number (WRMA#) prior to any return). Warranties are only valid with Validaded MAC address. and must have a copy of the WRMA included in the return.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if we are unable to repair the unit or the order is canceled. Orders can only be canceled if the unit has not been shipped to us. (DO NOT SEND US THE UNIT IF YOU CANCELED YOUR ORDER) Units that have been shipped and canceled will NOT be returned. (We will have no way to validate the order or return it). If the Unit has arrived and can not be repaired. It will be recycled unless you request it returned and pay a return fee. of $50.00 for shipping and handling costs. The remainder will be refunded to you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on your order receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Repaired Products
All products repaired by AirFiberRepair.com are warranted to our customer who presents same for repair as follows: all repaired components thereof for which we publish prices shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship (under normal use, storage, handling, installation, and other normal conditions) for a period of 2 Years or 1 Year for discounted repaired Items from the date of our repair invoice.
Our obligation shall be limited to the repair of any such defective component free of charge to our customer; if we decide that the component cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit your account with us in an amount equal to the sum you paid to us for the repair. Freight and rush fees for the returned products remain the responsibility of the customer. Any warranty claim must be by written notice to us and received before the end of the 2-year invoice dated warranty period, together with the return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and must include our WRMA#. (Should a warranty claim be made, please call 888-907-3354 for a WRMA# prior to any return.) This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose, quality, and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of the same. AirfiberRepair.com is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer’s warranty that may or may not apply.
Other Terms
Venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in that State or Federal Court nearest to the main office of AirfiberRepair.com The parties hereby agree to personal jurisdiction over them in such Courts. AirfiberRepair.com. shall be entitled to attorneys’ fees and costs including pre and post-judgment should it have to enforce its right under this transaction. Customer warrants that it is and shall remain in full compliance with any applicable United States, State, and/or local regulations controlling the sale and delivery of goods for export and is and shall remain solely responsible therefore. The terms set forth herein constitute the entire agreement regarding this transaction, except for product and/or service description and pricing, and subject only to our credit agreement (if any) with you, our invoice, and our separate order confirmation. In the event any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable by a court having jurisdiction thereover, such unenforceable term(s) shall be modified to make them as enforceable as possible, and the rest of these terms shall not be affected. Any contrary terms offered by the Customer are not a part of this transaction. Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold AirfiberRepair.com and its agents harmless from any breach by it of these terms or any misuse or abuse by it of any item sold and/or serviced hereby. The goods sold hereunder shall be at the risk of the Customer upon delivery by AirfiberRepair.com to the carrier F.O.B. shipping point. Title to the goods sold hereunder shall remain in Seller until payment in full by Buyer. AirfiberRepair.com shall not be responsible for delays caused by manufacturing plants, transportation, strikes, fires, floods, storms, war, insurrections, riot, any governmental regulation, order, act or instruction, or any other circumstances beyond its control, and Customer hereby waives any claims relating to same.
